This photographer is selling raffle tickets for $25 and raffling off a boudoir style photoshoot. She is asking people buying tickets to pay via friends and family on Paypal. She has done this in the past for varying amounts of money and not followed through with photoshoots. This leaves the consumer unable to get their money back because they have no insurance with that payment option. Raffles for personal gain are also illegal. Do not use Mackenzie Gilliam Photography for anything.
