By HOWARD PANKRATZ | The Denver PostMay 1, 2013 at 8:27 am
A mother and son who allegedly charged consumers hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars for magazine subscriptions that they neither wanted nor ordered have been sued by Colorado Attorney General John Suthers.
According to the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, a temporary restraining order has been issued against Raymond B. Jones, Jr, 36, and Cora Jones, 60, and their magazine telemarketing firms.
“The Joneses and their companies must immediately cease telemarketing magazines and their bank accounts are now frozen,” said Suthers.

It is a website claiming to be a work from home mailer opportunity. I work for the company where they use a mailbox for the business. Every day they receive 12+ envelopes that I would guess contain $60 personal checks of individuals wanting to receive information about their program. They do not ever send any outgoing mail from my office.
