I purchased a $50 google play gift card from this company as a gift for someone. When the recipient tried to redeem the gift code it said that the code had already been used. This is all within minutes -1 hour of the purchase.
I tried to contact the company to see what could be done. I was advised to contact Google Play–even though that is not where I purchased the card from. I did only to be told by Google Play that I had to contact the retailer where I made the purchase which made sense. I emailed the company back only to be told that they have a no refund policy. However listed in their own policy is a clause that states: "If you have any issues with your card, please email support we help troubleshoot your problem. If there is a problem with the code, we will get you a replacement card right away." None of which they attempted to do to resolve my problem.
I believe this company is a scam.
