Type of a scam Debt Collections
Once a month for the past six months or so, I get a call from MedExpress saying that my bill has gone to collections. I have repeatedly asked for documentation of this bill because I have received nothing in mail or email about a bill. Last week, they told me that they would send me an invoice through my email and it may take 72 hours to receive it. It has been six days and I have received nothing. This really just has been very strange phone calls with no other information provided to me over the phone
