Type of a scam Tech Support
I reported this computer scam that happened to me a year ago and today I received a "concern" email from the same people (they report themselves to be from Microsoft Windows ) with this information about a "Security Plan" that I had purchased from them as I did pay them $200 at that time to fix my computer online but when I realized it was a scam a few days later, I got my money back, fortunately from my credit card company so I do not have such a "plan" with them:
