Before I contact BBB, I wanted to mention to you, I believe you have at least one employer who scouts Craigslist for auto sales, targets seller as an interested buyer, insists upon a report from your site and vanishes with a “family emergency” excuse for failed follow-through.
The person who reached out to me with two different email addresses and phone numbers is someone with the moniker of “Jason.” Inventive but derelict.
