Type of a scam Online Purchase
I purchased the Revived Youth face cream on your web site as an initial trial. After I had indicated my purchase, a small ad appeared for eye cream. I clicked on the picture to get more information on the product and it showed I had now purchased it; A very misleading practice. This occurred again with three more products.
I immediately called your customer service department. Since I had not finalized my order, I requested the additional four products be removed from my pending order. It took some talking, but I got him to confirm he had removed three of the products. I had agreed to take the eye cream on trial as he had extended my time to cancel further automatic orders from 14 days to 24. I did not agree to any other purchases. What arrived were five products including the ones I was informed would not be included in my purchase.
I spoke to Chrystal in customer services today about 11 a.m. to cancel any further orders. She told me I had purchased a 14-day trial rather than a trial product for 14 days, (what a claim! ) That is not what your web site says. Your web site says, “trial product” and, agreement assent, “including clicking any button containing the words, ‘I Agree,’ ‘Rush my order,’ ‘submit,’ or similar syntax.” The picture of the product I clicked on was not any of those; it was just a picture.
I purchased a trial sample of the product not a 14-day trial period. This is a very unfair practice.
