you click on a sample product once and there is no explanation or information on a process of an enrollment programme once you get the product there is no return address on package nor is there any information in the package on contact number or cancellation process or limitation or this programme. Then 14 days later your visa gets charged with the 3 individual prices of 167.00 & 102.00 & 111.00. for the products that you so claimed decided to keep. Once you have to research a long time to get a hold of this company and extremely long HOLD times you speak with someone who is rude and screams at you and refused to give you a refund on the product after about 30 minutes of screaming and only when you state you will report them to the better bureau business do they agree on giving you 22 % refund, but I have not received this refund as of yet ?

This scam caused me to immediately cancel my credit card having used it to purchase a trial offer skincare product.
As a user of Facebook this advertisement kept popping up in my news feed + the ads alongside posts sent to me.
It is a very extensive ad, many pages showing video’s of use of the product and using the Dragon’s Den Judges photos calling it the biggest deal in Dragon’s Den history + citing it as featured in many top women’s magazines. The company seem to use a variety of names. In the ad, the names of the products are RejuvaEssence Rose, & LumaEssence.
It leads you to order a 30day supply trial offer. The Order Receipt shows the product as another name, Image Revive. The receipt gives you an Order Number, but where the Order Placed: date should be, it leaves that blank. Stupidly I did not think to google the company at the time to see what was written about it.
They ask for your credit card details (it says it is a secure site), and address to ship the product to you. I checked the address carefully when I entered it. The next morning I received a confirmation email from Canada Post advising me a parcel would be shipped to me but the address shown had half of the information missing. I immediately called the Post Office to be told there was nothing they could do to amend the wrong address. When I asked what would happen to it they said it would be stamped Return to Sender and sent back to the address (No name) at: P.O. Box 500 North York, Ontario M3J 0J8.
I went back to the site to try to phone to tell them it would never reach me without a street name and Condo number. After much searching that was when I discovered the contact information and Terms + Conditions. I dialled the number which was somewhere in England as I began reading the terms + conditions. The woman who answered the phone asked for my name + credit card number to supposedly track the order. She said there was no order in my name, for that card or any product in that name. As I read the terms it said that if for any reason the item was . . . Guess what? Returned to Sender, the purchaser would still be liable for the product and terms which then showed a price of $141.96 US$ ($184.54 CAD) plus a $.99 USD ($1.29 CAD) beginning from the time you made the order (the receipt shows no date) which would be as of 14 days from then. But you would never know, if it was returned to sender (which it would be due to insufficient address details). You would then continue to receive monthly supplies every 30 days it said as long as you continue your subscription – but they make it impossible to cancel it. I said to the woman on the phone that this was a scam the way it was set up to never arrive. She said have a great day and hung up. It gave a cancellation number and 2 other numbers which when I called them all, each one said this number is no longer in service. She had obviously blocked my number.
So I called my credit card company and had them terminate my visa card. What a nuisance and horrible scam.

Project LUMA and Rejuva Essence found on internet and offered as trials for under $5.00. Stated to have enchanced wrinkle erasing activity. I kept receiving packages of both even though I didn’t order any other than first one. I then checked my credit card and was charged ridiculous sums of $99.00 usd per 15 and 30 ml vial. I called my credit card company to alert them to these charges and also the Rejuva company and told them to stop sending me the creams yesterday. Guess what got another package in mail today. Called Rejuva again and asked for refund…he verbally said only 50 % and said account was close. They asked if I read the fine print…there was none. According to them if you don’t cancel within 14 days that means you accept the orders and they automatically send you product and charge you monthly. No where on the site is this noted or documented. This is a HUGE scam that must be stopped.
