I googled applying to the MTV show "The Real World". Reality Talent showed up and I applied online for the show. I received a call from a guy named Luke Walsh. He said that I fit the profile and that I was lucky to get a call as not everyone does. He then said I would be recorded over the phone for a phone interview in which he asked a few general questions as far as why I would be a good candidate for the real world, how do I get along with people of different cultural backgrounds, etc. he also said I sounded very confident. He said I would be receiving an email in which I would need to reply to the subject box "I understand the terms and conditions" and attach 7 photos of me. He said The next day he would be meeting with the casting directors and presenting my photos and if I am chosen I would receive an email and within one hour of the email I would have to respond if I wanted to accept and attach a payment of $297.00. Luckily I received the email later on that next day and thought it was fishy. I did not submit my credit card information as I was a little leery. I googled scams and found the same thing happened to someone else who submitted a complaint on the BBB website. I am doing the same in hopes nobody else will be scammed and this will be looked into.

I went on google and searched how to become a part of the real world and I got this website; realitytalent.net. I heard from them a little over a month or two later. I received a call from an unknown number from a man named Luke Walsh and he stated he was a talent manager and had received my application to appear on the Real World he then proceeded to ask me a few questions on why I would be good for the real world etc. after the interview portion via phone he said I did great and I had passed that portion. He then sent me another email in which he asked for 5-10 photos of me and stated if I passed the portion of the photos that a $297 fee would apply for expenses such as castings etc. The following day he called me back and said I passed and that they chose me based on my phone interview and photos. He said a woman named Natasha Williams would be contacting me. I have already paid the $297 dollars and gave him my debit card information.
