"Rick" viewed photos of my bamboo fly rod and said it was likely worth $500, that he could sell it on consignment or would buy it outright for $250. I mailed it to him with instructions to send me the $250. He responded that he was returning the rod after finding several faults. I have not received the rod or the money. He has not responded to a follow up email.
