Raakup is online selling various products. We never received our order and contact to the text message went unanswered.
I placed an order with this company on April 1, 2020. To date (May 21, 2020) I have not received the items ordered. They provide you with an order number but when you click to track your order the website is not a valid one. I have followed up several times via email. They do not use proper English in some of their replies.
Now all of my emails are being returned as undeliverable. ([email protected]) When you call the company they tell you that they are not accepting calls and to send an email. When you look closer at the website you can see spelling errors. The website shows a map of Melbourne Australia but says that items are shipped from dalllas texas. (incorrectly spelled) Shame on scammers taking advantage of people during times of worry.

They sell products, you place an order and are told it will be delivered within 6-10 business day. When you inquire on the shipment, they tell you it’s been delivered.The orders are never delivered. It happened to 2 of my office locations and others. They don’t refund your money either.
