Our business has received phone calls from people who think we are charging their credit cards $94 per month. The charges appear on their credit card statements as rjhwellnessskin in Big Bend, Wisconsin. Our business is located in Big Bend, Wisconsin but we are NOT rjhwellnessskin and we are not initiating these charges. I’ve tried searching rjh wellness on the internet and it shows that a website was created 131 days ago, IP address and server location in Scottsdale Arizona. This appears to be fraudulent or a scam, possibly using stolen credit or debit card information. Please check into this.
