Terrible that people would prey on innocent people during a pandemic!!

Brenda – Jun 02, 2020

I ordered masks and filters from the fb add from remarkgreen a total of $105.and some change
Reciecved lots of emails throughout 3weeks of how they were working hard making everyones masks ext. About a month later they were done and suposidly shipped. Its now June 1st and they were shipped May 8th. I filed a claim through PayPal on May 23. They responded with an email right away saying how sometimes tracking numbers don’t work as usps has been awaiting package since May8th. This place is a scam and I hope they get what’s coming. Just checked it again it says the same thing it did almost a month ago.

Lindsay – Jun 01, 2020

I ordered face masks also through PayPal. I am a nurse and spent $58 to get emails saying my shipping address was hard to get to and I need to be more patient. 3 months later still no masks. Don’t buy! Total scam!

They keep sending that my masks are on the way and offered 5% refund and mask is in route. May be a rosedale ny company. That is fraudulently causing this not a NM company as the shipping starts and ends in rosedale ny.

I’ve order a face mask that I never received and was provided with fake tracking info.

Cassandra – May 20, 2020

I sent this email to them after a month of not receiving 3 masks which I ordered:
It has been a month since I ordered 3 masks.
I had received 12 update emails on the progress of the masks, but still haven’t received the actual product. This was the last response to their whereabouts;

“Thanks for contacting us.
Regarding your concern, I would like to say that your order is shipped out and on the way to our shipping agent. The tracking number will be updated to you as soon as we receive from them.
Furthermore, I would like to give you a 20% discount off your next purchase, please apply code OMGSAM20 when checking out.

If you need further assistance, please let us know.”

Type of a scam COVID-19

"order" placed on April 8, 2020 for 2 masks and 30 filters totaling $120.70 from remarkgreen, emails claiming "shipped" since April 16th

2020, so I googled both remarkgreen and united global (shipping partner), the amount of reviews and invalid site hits is enough

to have contact remarkgreen mutiple times over a disgusting scam in a pandemic of a nation and economy that is

already extremely vulnerable. Then a picture of an unmarked random building with an unmarked random truck

for united global? Scam written all over it.They refuse to answer requests for refunds claiming the items are in shipping and delayed due to pandemic, so I created a credit card dispute and will let the proper banks investigate.

FYI The Company advertised as "RemarkGreen" or

https://www.remarkgreen.com with the contact location listed as 4942 Peachtree Hills Road Las Cruces, NM 88012 USA

IS LOCATED IN HONG KONG – CHINA!

If you Google Map (Satellite) that address its actually in the middle of a desert!

This Merchant is misleading Americans by advertising "Fashionable, Filter Activated Carbon" face masks for a "discounted price" of $26.95 (plus $6.95 shipping) from "original price" of $49.95 during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The merchant name appears as LUSHGOOD in HK. I received a fraud alert from my bank! I googled said name to learn LUSHGOOD COMPANY LIMITED is located in Hong Kong as well as customer complaints for many miscellaneous items!

I searched Facebook by the name "RemarkGreen" & noticed a lot of people sharing that they ordered mask(s) from this company!

This merchant has sent me emails from:

Remarkgreen via ksdn.klaviyomail.com

via ksdn.klaviyomail.com

This is ridiculous, they are scamming people left and right, shut them down.

Charles – May 18, 2020

This company is a fake company and really should be ashamed of themselves. I ordered April 16 and message the company on April 27 to check status of my order. On April 28 I received an email my order was ready and shipping label created. I knew the shipping confirmation looked very sketchy. I could click on the link and it provides the information. Tried looking up on delivery carriers site, tracking number not found. The link provided tells me package in Rockdale NY with no confirmation if package received. I just filed a dispute with my bank.

Type of a scam COVID-19

I saw an ad on either Instagram or FB for masks for Covid19 protection from a company called Remarkgreen. I placed an order for one mask on April 5th. After several weeks of no real updates, faulty tracking info. and computer generated responses with inaccurate shipping info. and no receipt of my mask, I researched the company and found that unfortunately I had been scammed like many others by this company. The company charged our credit card immediately upon me placing the order for the mask and used the name Lushgoods instead of Remarkgreen. The website is still active and "apparently" selling other items but they do not show masks for sale anymore. Beware!!

Type of a scam COVID-19

Ordered Carbon Filtered 11 masks and replacement filters x2 total amount paid by PayPal $292.19 plus tax. Received multiple emails saying they got my order, showed a order summary statement, continued to send emails saying masks were being made, almost ready to send then masks completed ready to pack and ship but still have not received them and I only have a email for support no address or phone number under contact us they want you to send your information and they will respond as soon as possible. This was an add on Facebook for which I have ordered from Facebook before with no issue but this one apparently fake and takes your money with never receiving merchandise. Facebook needs to make reparations for allowing false/fake merchandise adds during a Pandemic due to taking advantage of heath care workers trying to order much needed masks to prevent the spread of Covid-19. I am a Nurse and resent being taken advantage of in this manner from a supposed legit site.

I ordered two masks from an advertisement on Facebook regarding COVID-19 from a company called RemarkGreen or Fuller Space a month ago but still have not received my product. I constantly email the company requesting an update on my purchase but keep getting excuses such as we can’t locate your email me, phone number, or name. I sent a copy of my bank statement with the purchase as well as my order form. I have been unsuccessful in recovering my money or product. There is no phone number for customer service or the person who responds back in the email is either Hannah or Emma Smith which I know is probably a fake person/name. Why are these companies

Type of a scam COVID-19

I saw this company online and decided to order some mask for me and my family. Upon ordering I noticed that the money was immediately withdrawn from a company called LUSH GOOD. That aroused my suspicions. . After a few days of really feeling unsettled and having not received any information, I began to google them and came across some reviews. To my horror, I realized that I had been scammed. Today I will contact my bank to report the fraud. When I started emailing RemarkGreen regarding the masks and asked them why they took down the masks from their website, I received emails back from Sarah Smith, Customer Support Representative ([email protected]), but her answers seem pre-written and generic. I was promised a tracking number, but never received one(as of today)

Just like everyone else, I was looking to purchase masks for myself and my family while we ride out this pandemic. I would caution any and everyone DO NOT order from this company. I was scammed out of $154.77. This is a fraudulent company and they are taking advantage of innocent people

Ordered a variety of their masks on April 3rd paying with credit card. Card was charged by "LUSHGOOD"s in China. Received a confirmation. Two weeks later requested update on shipping and was told product had shipped. When checking with USPS they have no record of shipment tracking number that was provided. Contacted the company via email 3 times over the next 2 week (no phone number on website) and reach time received the EXACT same email response with the same tracking number and with no USPS record of shipment

Website specifically offers masks and filters for Coronavirus, states that they are in stock and how many are left. Says orders ship within 5-10 business days. We placed an order on April 11th and after several emails, finally got a tracking number saying that a label was made for USPS on April 22nd, but as of April 30th, the package still has not been received by the USPS.

I ordered two TA2 Filter Activated Carbon masks; and three V5 Filter Activated Carbon PM 2.5 masks from this company on 4-14-2020 and credit card was charged for $83.38 with the company name as Lushgoods. The website stated 4-7days for delivery. As of today, 4-30-20, I have not received the masks and I have disputed credit card charge. I’ve tried contacting the company from their website but received a computer generated response initially. However, response received a few days later stated they could not locate my order by the email provided. Therefore, I sent another email and received a response stating that order should ship soon and a tracking number would be provided. However, I never received the tracking number and no response to emails.
