Saw ad for Royale Solar Fountain Pump on Facebook. Said item free, just pay shipping. I stupidly ordered it. They charged my credit card. I received an email confirmation back with legit looking transaction and order number. A few weeks later I tried to track the item but there was no way to track it and when I looked up the company again, found the phone number to be invalid. Only means of contact was an on-0line form which I filled out asking when I might expect the item I ordered. No response from company. Another 5 days or so went by and I attempted contact and in researching the company found they are not accredited with the BBB. I researched their address which is invalid. I sent a contact reply again to them indicating I felt they were a scam company after finding a few complaints. Told them I was gonna turn then in & contact credit card company. Now the facebook and their website is no longer able to be found. Says store closed & website down. Total scam. Credit card co. indicated their name used to charge card is not a valid name or type of transaction name either.

They showed up as one of the Facebook advertisements on your feed offering products that you gave probably looked for in the past. They offer products from different suppliers and paying shipping only and other products offered at full price, they will send an email confirmation with the order number but they will not send any product or additional communication letting you know about your shipment. The phone number posted online is a disconnected number and once you dig dipper into the website you see that they didn’t even finish setting up the website and when you open the tab for shipping you will this msg (To edit this page, log in to your control panel and go to Storefront › Web Pages. Click Edit next to the Shipping & Returns page and you can change this text. A sample returns policy is shown below which you can edit as needed.)
I sent an email to their contact us form online and also to the same email address where they sent the order number from and never got a reply.
