This website says the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. However their return policy fails to include the return address — which is in China. The cost of return shipping was $77 and the cost of the refund items would only be $84. Their return policy also states returns are easy just email them for a refund to be posted to original payment method. When a refund was requested they offered me a 15% cash refund or I would have to pay for the excessive shipping costs to China. For the customer accepting the %15 cash refund is a better option than the shipping costs to China. This is not what their return policy states on their website. This is fraudulent advertising. Their website does not include a return address or a customer service number.
