I called the number thinking I was going to speak with an airline professional in order to book my flight with delta. As there web page looked normal until I noticed the address as qriyo.co and you can click any links on their website. They told me my ticket price was $297 for me and my son. Book my ticket but I have to call them back to back to get my confirmation number so that I am able to get my tickets. I finally get my confirmation number. My card was charged $297 on visa. 4 days later is was charged another $297. From 2 different booking airline addresses. I call the people back asking why this is happening and they say that I never called them they have no bookings with me. I argue for over an hour finally they are able “to find me “ but say the only charge they’ve made is for $176 on an American Express card. Again I have a visa and it’s clearly charged twice for $297. They won’t let me speak to a manager. They gave me a fake number to call for customer support. They will not help me in anyway.
