After looking for several days for a boxer puppy for my husband for his birthday, I came across this website. I submitted an online application to get more information about the puppy and then I received a text from the seller, Robert, asking for the funds to be sent via CashApp, Zelle, or PayPal using the friends/family option. I used PayPal, but to a different email address: [email protected] and then received a notice that the funds were going to be placed on a hold because the funds were going to a non USA account. After that I felt like I was being scammed so I contacted PayPal to see if I could get a refund. Unfortunately because I used the friends/family option, the only way I could get a refund is if the receiving person doesn’t accept the money and gives me a refund. This has been going on for 6 days now. He says he doesn’t have the funds, because the funds are still on hold, and PayPal says the funds were released and they are in his account. I’m out $800 and no puppy. Plus, all the puppies on his website still show as "available". I would have expected by now, that some of those puppies would have been sold. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.
