I initially saw an advertisement for their FREE Keto diet pills, stating I only have to pay for shipping and handling of $4.95. It turns out that by clicking on RUSH MY ORDER or CONTINUE, I am agreeing to their Terms and Conditions that has a buried clause stating they will bill me for the keto pill bottle if not cancelled after 14 days. How can I cancel a subscription that I was not aware I signed up for?? Their advertisement is very deceptive and misleading. I called their customer service line and was told they would refund me only 35% of the money they charged me with. I felt like I’ve been stolen from by this company. I mentioned to them that I am disputing the charges with my bank and was told that they cannot issue me a refund unless I drop the dispute with my bank and have them call to verify it’s been dropped. I called my bank and they said they can’t call unless I file a dispute. So I had no choice but file a dispute through my bank. This is an open case as of this moment.
I don’t know how these unethical tactics can be legal when they have the payment billing clause buried in a Terms and Conditions as a footnote on their website that could easily be overlooked or misunderstood. I have now suffered financial loss in the amount of $170 that I really need for the Christm[censored]idays.
I have learned that there are many similar scams under different names that they operate under. This seems to be just one of the many. Consumers are being fraudulently signed up and charged for products they didn’t authorized knowingly.
They need to be held accountable for their deceptive tactics.
I’m hoping that the ScamPulse.com could assist me in getting a refund back from this company, who I feel has stolen from me.

I order a free trial and then the company charged me for the "free trial" without sending the product. I called for a refund and they said I called a day too late and continued to try to sell me more of the product. They charged me separately for two bottles but would only send a confirmation of cancellation of one of the bottles. I said that I paid shipping for the free trial, the ad stated that was all I had to do, but then 14 days later no product and a full price charge to my bank account with the full product price and shipping costs.
