Total money lost $199.90
Type of a scam Online Purchase
A pop up kept coming up on my bank website. It looked like it was from my bank.. It advertised 3 credit reports for free. Thought it was a promotion by my bank. It seemed urgent. Then after I ordered the credit reports they had an ad come up for a $6.99 watch. My batteries were dead in my timex so I went ahead and ordered the cheap watch. It looked like something a pimp would wear! Then I noticed a charge for $99.95
I called the company and they said I did not cancel my subscription in the required 14 days. I never even saw anything about 14 days. I thought I was getting free credit reports. I then called Discover and they put a credit on my account for the $99.95 but that is temporary pending an investigation. Then I get another watch in the mail with
another charge for $99.95. I called the company again. He said he would deduct the $99.95 charge. I sent the watch back immediately. That was 5/23 and as of this date I have not received a credit. I found 19 scam alerts in the ScamPulse.com with the keyword
Product Fulfillment. That is on my packaging. On my Discover charge the business name is ROZUHEALTHCAREALLUMA.CO. The word
health would probably make you pass right over it on your credit card if you didn’t look closely. I never got my reports because they wanted me to continue to register and I did not want to give them my information. I am usually so careful but I definitely got scamed. I just want my money back as I am living on a fixed income. Please make sure these people cannot continue to do this to people. The person I talked to was STEVE. I do have a credit email for $29.95 but have never seen that on my credit card the date on it is 5/6/19.
