Type of a scam Online Purchase

Several friends & I followed a link on Facebook in January 2019 to order t-shirts from Rahzan, with a promised 1-3 day shipment. There was no confirmation #, tracking info, or valid contact info. One week later, we all received an email from them, stating delayed shipment due to high demand (written with poor spelling & grammar). Our credit cards were charged, but never received our orders. I replied 2x to the email address, but did not receive a response or my order.

The address listed on their email is 1047 Lincoln St. Laurel Springs, NJ 08021. When I googled it, there was no such address. I also googled the company name, and it came up in Hong Kong.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I placed an order on the website on January 19, 2019 after seeing an ad on Instagram. At that time, the website indicated that all orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. I waited and reached out to their support email on January 28, 2019. Samantha Harris told me my order is being processed. When I questioned why it is taking longer than what their shipment policy stated, her response was, "We truly understand the frustration and we do apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused you. Honestly, we have received an overwhelming amount of orders for the last two months, but rest assured, we are doing our very best to fulfill everything and send out all orders as soon as possible. In fact, we have hired additional people to help work with us for 24 hours to be able to dispatch all orders to their respective destinations.

We hope you understand and we sincerely apologize for the delay."

Today is February 8, 2019 and I have not received my order and I have never received shipment tracking information.
