My husband and I were in the market to buying a new puppy after our dog of 11 years had passed away. I came across this website and it seemed legitimate. The seller/breeder was very responsive and answered all my questions to the "T". Therefore, I paid upfront with the promise they would ship the puppy at no cost. However, I was notified there would be a deposit of $2k that had initiated my doubt along with the "transport company" requesting the funds to be wired to a bank account. Long story short, I has requested a refund in which the seller/breeder was very cooperative in doing since that was offered "satisfaction guarantee " and full return upon request. After this exchange, the seller then blocked my number and stopped all communication.
