Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased 2 dresses from this company, that were not described as wrap dresses and did not fit. I tried numerous times to try to email the company at [email protected] and [email protected] for info on returning. I received a response from [email protected] asking more details to authorize an RMA on 6/20/19. I replied with the requested info on the same date. No other responses were received. Emails to [email protected] are returned because the user mailbox is full. In order to be within a 30 day return timeframe, I returned the items to the return address on packaging ( no email confirmation of order received and no paperwork received with order). This was mailed by USPS on 6/27/19 with an expected delivery date of 6/29 or 7/1. Once I confirmed it was received I did not keep the confirmation #. The company has not refunded my paypal account and I have no other way of reaching them. I cannot find a phone number, one email address is returned undeliverable because mailbox is full, the other goes unanswered. I tried to resolve using paypal dispute but they were unable to help.
