Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

Placed an order on the 15th, got a confirmation email, and my credit card was charged, but I have not received a shipping confirmation or tracking number. On their site’s FAQs they claim "Tracking numbers can take up to two days to show up in the online system. We don’t issue tracking numbers until the order is ready to leave our warehouse". They also claim "Most orders leave our warehouses in less than 4 business days". If this were true my item would have arrived by now. I DO NOT HAVE MY ITEM OR EVEN A TRACKING NUMBER! I have reached out to the company through their online email box twice with no response. I even used my personal email account to email their Support @ RaveReady.com email account, and this is the response I got "I apologize, I am a robot who runs every 24 hours. This is not an active email account. Please use the proper contact form to reach the RaveReady team". Except when I used the contact form I received an email saying that my message bounced. This companies customer service is absolutely god awful and it is quite frankly super sketchy. I have no idea if the item I ordered is going to arrive in time for a Halloween party I am going to this weekend, or if it is going to arrive at all. Not only is it super annoying that I will be left without a costume, but IDK if I will be able to get my money back.

Site allows orders to be placed and accepts credit card information, then never sends product and never responds to correspondence. I think they are stealing credit card info.
