I placed an order with this company on November 3, 2018. By November 30 I had still not received an update on my purchase or the product I ordered. I contacted the company about my issue. They expressed their concern and apologized for the delay considering this product was in such high demand and said they will ship it as soon as possible. At this time I had already bought, and received the same item from another company. I told Refraid I wanted to cancel my order and be refunded since I had now went with another company. Conveniently they said they could not cancel my order since it was processing. Not shipped, but processing. I told them fine and asked how I needed to go about returning the items and getting my refund. On December 6 I was told my order has been shipped but was not provided a tracking number to verify. It is now December 16 and we haven’t heard from anyone or received our product. When I attempted to go to the original website that I bought the products from, it has been shut down.
