The returned items have already been sent as per your instructions and the USPS tracking information states my return package was received on Wednesday, April 26, 2017, again you very well know this as well and this is another attempt to delay my refund. Please read the below e-mail information that I received on April 19, 2017 from Rotita. I will also relay this information to my contacts with the United States Agency. The United States Postal Service has been paid an additional $78.00 to deliver my return per your instructions below. Order Number: Wxxxxxxxxx5241. The USPS Tracking Number: ExxxxxxxxxUS.

I placed an order with Rotita.com for two items of women’s clothing, shipping said 1-4 days and I was not aware they were in China, after placing the order, I realized something looked fishy so when I created a ‘ticket’ to get the tracking info, they provided Tracking# LT811642064CN, the last two numerals are known to me as "China". Package was to be delivered to my residence on 2/23 until last night, it was sent from LA to Boston, MA. I know it is fraud, I am going to contact my CC company and advise.

I purchased online a "Plus Size Zipper Closure Hooded Collar Parka Coat" (size XL) from Rotita.com and paid via Paypal. My credit card was charge immediately upon my online purchase. After 2.5 weeks I had not received notification regarding my purchase. I contacted Rotita.com and after another week I was sent a tracking for my purchase. After a month, I received the coat that was nothing like the description. There were buttons to attach the lining to the coat, but snaps on the coat. The material was cheap and itchy. However, based on their size charge, this should have been an XL (41" bust/31" waist) but it was not even close (actual 19" bust/19" waist). When I contacted Rotita that I had received the item, but it was not a women’s size, they replied that their items are "Asian Size" and referred me to their Size Chart. I replied back that I had indeed used their size chart that reflected "Inches" not "Asian Size". They said I can keep the coat and get 20% off another item. I told them I wanted to return the item for a full refund since this item is not what was described. They replied again that I can keep the coat and buy something 20% off as it would cost me more than the refund to return the item.
I contacted Paypay and submitted a dispute claim on Rotita.com. Rotita.com offered me a $20 refund and to keep the coat, I declined their offer. They resubmitted a resolution by offering me $15 and to keep the coat.
I submitted 26-pages of documentation to Paypal and they agreed that I can get a full refund if I returned the item and provided a tracking. Rotita.com is in Shanghai, China, it did cost me double the cost of the coat to return. However, I am already out the money, but I was not about to let them HAVE $57.64 for advertising fraud. They offer "Free Shipping and Easy Returns." Trust me, nothing is free or easy with Rotita.com. They should not be allowed to advertise and do business in the USA. They are ripping off people by sending junk merchandise knowing full and well that people will not pay to ship the junk merchandise back to China.
