Type of a scam Rental
He claims to own a unit in 1925 Church St. Burbank CA but is out of town with his wife Patt/Patricia and only daughter. He sends you emails, etc. asking for all info and asks that you text him or email and will never answer calls. You are then almost immediately approved and he asks you to send $2,200 cash only to an account so that he can then send you the paperwork, keys, and whatever else needed. He has scammed others with pretty much identical emails, only difference is his name, occupation, email address and area. He also ends it with god blessings be with you and your family, or a god bless. (Something of that sort)
