I spent close to $550 for drapes for our new home with this website. I tried following up for the shipping info because after I paid I got a notification that I would receive shipping information within 4-8 business days.I never received any information. I tried to log on to cancel my purchase for a refund I couldn’t AT ALL. The number listed is a FAKE business number. When trying to call Tidebuy International Limited for their company name listed in Santa Fe Springs via Google… 626-662-0910 That is basically a recording of a flat out apology for MY LOSS?! And they cannot ever be contacted accept through email. I am filing for a refund through Paypal to notify them of this SCAM.
