Order bubble makers for my granddaughter in May. Contacted their email numerous times and got an automated response. Their phone number is always busy. Please let everybody know they are not a reputable company. Really sad that there are businesses out there like this one.

I order an inflatable pool on June 11, 2020. And have not received it. I emails them several times and got no response. I tried clicking on the store site in the email I received and it said this store is unavailable. If anyone know how I can get my money back, please let me know. Thanks

I order a pool which was 148.00 in May I was given my daughter a pool party for her birthday in July just found out this is a fake websites so how do i get my money back and someone needs to pay

I ordered a pool with a filter the beginning of June, my autistic daughter had been begging me for a long time. It was hard to make the purchase due to covid-19, I haven’t been earning much of an income since it started. But I wanted to surprise her with one. I haven’t received it so I looked up a customer service number, when I called the number is no longer in service. I emailed this magpie person and have had no response. After doing some research I found out this has all been a scam! It really stinks that I payed 335.00 which I really didn’t have to spend. How do we get our money back? I did file a claim through PayPal. It’s just heart breaking that you can’t trust no one anymore.

I purchased outdoor planter boxes in early May for $223 and paid for expedited shipping. I received order confirmation but they added an item to my order that I did not purchase (a flea/mite repellant for $19.99) I tried to contact them various ways right away to remove the unwanted item. Phone, email etc. all were phony contacts. I contacted PayPal to open an investigation to try and get my $ back. Over 2 weeks, no response. The last day before PayPal was going to make a determination, the seller sent PayPal a tracking number. The flea/mite killer that I did not want arrived today and is showing that my package was delivered(not the $200 worth of planter boxes I paid for) the stores website is gone now. I hope someone can stop these scammers. I am so angry that I got duped. Trying to shop from home during Covid and bad people just take advantage.

Wow! I really cannot believe this is happening. The only thing I did was went online to try to find a way to beat the summer heat and look for a pool so all the online stores was sold out. BUT, this one place had a pool AND OTHER ITEMS so I ordered THEM. Now it’s a scam. Man, I just want my money back.

On June 16, 2020, I paid $148 through PAYPAL to *MAGPIE xxxx7733 for a child`s swimming pool which I found on https://nhcaca.com/

I received a receipt with my order number and checked the website. Everything looked good.
There is a reference in the receipt – NHCaCa via shopify.com

Unfortunately, I did not conduct an online search for this online store, and only on June 24, I discovered that this “shop” is a fraud (https://www.scampulse.com/nhcaca-reviews) According to today’s checkout, this site is no longer available.

I cannot believe this I guess the pool I ordered will not be coming. Ugh I will have to call my bank in the morning. 400.00 how can people do this. I bought this for my daughter and I and paid for expedited shipping. Will my bank give me my money back how long does it take? There is no phone number to call.

I ordered two hammock chairs from this company at a total of $186.98. It was supposed to be a Father’s Day gift. I even paid for “expedited shipping “ that was June 7. I’m still waiting. I’ve emailed the addresses their site provides only to have them not go through. Yes I also called the auto repair shop! I live on a fixed income and only splurged because my husband has been so good to me during this terrible pandemic for I suffer from depression and anxiety as it is. Same thing happen to me ! This is sad that people do these horrible things to people.Im calling up my bank n reporting as fraud and blocking them off my card since info was entered.They will investigate.Please report

We purchased a pool from them we received a purchase number but no tracking. I tried emailing them no response. I finally took it up with my bank and reported it as fraud. I used a debit card also. We were reimbursed from our bank. I would highly recommend researching a company before purchasing anything. We learned a valuable lesson. Hope this helps.

2 days ago I purchased a pool for my girls. I did get a order# and a receipt but no tracking number. I thought it was because I had just placed my order, so I have them till yesterday. I kept checking on my email to see if I got something from them. I did not… I called the number to them and yes the number is to an Auto Repair Shop!
A lady answered and told me the number is not for NHcaca. She said they’ve being trying to get a hold of this company to have them remove their number. She did tell me not to order from them it seems it a SCAM! I told her I already did… She said she was sorry and told me to go report them to www.ic3.gov. That would be my next step. Report them… So if you ordered from them REPORT THEM TO www.ic3.gov this can’t be happening.
