This company is FALE! I emailed them a week after realizing my package did not come. They emailed me back saying that it will be shipped the next day. And that was back in January, 2020. It’s about to be May they don’t answer emails at all. I saw them on instagram through an Ad. Fake Fake Fake. They claimed it was a sale. Buy a set of brushes and get more for free. I never got a refund nor a email back. Do not buy anything from this scam company

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I initially saw the advertisement for these makeup brushes on instagram from a person showing off these brushes saying they got a great deal for these makeup brushes that they were doing an end of the year 2019 sale of inventory and that these brushes were free and all you had to pay was 7.99 shipping. I went to the website nincemakeup.com and purchased 10 brush-sets. Each makeup brush set advertised came with 20 brushes, so I decided to order 10 sets which would be 100 brushes total. I placed my order and paid with my credit card, I immediately received a text message confirming my purchase and was given an order# and saying will be notified by email when shipped. 4 days later I emailed them and asked for an update on my order and they responded within a minute saying they have had so many orders that I should receive my order by Tuesday which would have been about a week from when I placed my order. The following week, by Thursday, I emailed again saying I did not receive my order Tuesday as told and that it was Thursday and wanted to get an update. They responded immediately back to my email saying they had contacted their "agent" and was told they had "customs issues" and that I should receive my order by Monday 2/3/20. I did not receive my order Monday of course and emailed them again and this time I got no response. I tried going to their website and now their website is "unavailable" like they have closed the website down. I know I am out of my 7.99 because they cannot be reached and contacted and their website is down now conveniently. I do not like the fact they have my information, such as my name, my address, my phone number, my credit card number. I am now receiving weird text messages saying I have packages arriving from Amazon and to click on the link provided. I know this is related to this company, it has to be.
