I ordered over 6 months ago. Got part of my order and have sent NUMEROUS reply back messages about only getting half of my order! What do I need to do to get in touch with your company and get the rest of my order sent to me? Do you enjoy ripping people off and taking advantage of them ? Will be turning you into PayPal and will file any and ALL complaints until I hear back from you! MELODI

Arrived today. (see pics of the tracking manifest and the clothing items). If they used UPS it wouldn’t take so long, but they use the USPS. Got sucked in by the cute clothes and cheap prices.

Ordered late May. Shipped in June… took two months from order placement to arrival. Held in purgatory right here in my city. Finally asked my mailman how to get my package (showed him tracking invoice). He said to call the USPS office locally that he gets my mail from. Did that – the gal couldn’t use my tracking number to find the package because the number changes once it hits the states and I wasn’t given that number. She said these shipments from China come bundled together in big bags. Until the bags get opened, the packages can’t get distributed. Problem? Postal Service is short staffed! (with 15% unemployment… can’t they fix that?) She said she has had same problem. MORAL of the STORY: DO NOT ORDER FROM CHINA (plus one of my items was MISSING from the shipment AND two were not as advertised on the website (screen-printed, not embroidered.) Learned my lesson. BUY AMERICAN.

I was thinking the same way for some time. I have done some research and found that one of the shipping companies they use is Pitney Bowes. (Very Reputable Company) You can go to their web page and track your package. I placed my order April 21 2020 and it has just left customs ( thanks to covid 19) It is finally out of customs and is in Brisbane CA headed this way. When I contacted Malonacia and told them my tracking number was invalid, they gave me my international tracking #.
I entered it and it gave me the info for my package. I decided to also add the invalid tracking # on the pitney bowes tracking and it worked as well. I will let everyone know when I get my package. I have ordered from this company before and had absolutely no problems receiving my order fairly quickly. So Im pretty sure our world issues are what is causing the delays.

I ordered my jeans on 6 May 2020. When I check the tracking number the parcel is still sitting in a China 🇨🇳 Airport waiting to be sent to New Zealand since 11/5/20. I have also tracked the number with NZ Post which comes up with the same information. I have emailed several times and get told that the product has been dispatched and to check the tracking number. I am now going to contact my credit card company and get the charged reversed. This has happened before and if you send them all your correspondence regarding the purchase, payment and their replies. The credit card company checks it all out and reverses the payment. I’m never purchasing anything off Facebook again Covid19 or not. Absolutely disgusting people scamming people who are generally interested in a product they are advertising fraudulently. I sincerely hope everyone who has commented about this company gets their money back. They are very good at thinking you are dealing with the US but they end up being in China 🇨🇳 🤬

Absolutely the most dishonest company online I have ever dealt with.
I ordered an item in March, it’s now mid J7ne and still says it’s in China. They refuse to refund my money.
I have continually emailed and asked to 4refund my money. I was told aftercare full month that they hadn’t sent it out yet because they didn’t have my size and did I want a xxxl size? I weigh 117lbs! I told them at that point to please refund. That was over 2 months ago…

I ordered a shirt and jeans in March it is now June and I haven’t received anything. I also was given an invalid tracking number. What can we do? I’m so upset. Im worried that they have my credit card information.

I ordered one pair of jeans first before ordering more and… Nothing ! I ordered in March and it’s June!
I saw this site and am saddened to see more people lost money too. They got their $50 immediately and after over 3 months I still haven’t gotten my package. I am more than happy to file charges and join you all, but do we have a recourse ? This is awful. The site I saw was on Facebook. Do they have any responsibility to fix this? Feel free to reply, I apparently have been scammed to.

I saw their ad on Facebook too. Maybe we can make a complaint to Facebook for allowing fraudulent businesses market on Facebook. They should screen any business that wants to put ads up

I bought some clothes on 05/09/2020 and until now – nothing! I received an email saying my order was shipped by FedEx but the tracking number in invalid. I think was a scan. I am so upset..

I ordered from this site a pair of bib overalls on April 21, 2020 it is now March 13th all I got was an email stating that my order had been received and shipped, that was a couple days after I ordered. Since then I have emailed them 4 times with no response , the app I downloaded only says that they are waiting on details for shipment. I am so frustrated and obviously out $50. I’ve never dealt with something like this before so I’m not sure where to go with this, how do I proceed? I even threatened to report them to the BBB and still no response.

I ordered 6 weeks ago and haven’t received anything as yet. They sent me a tracking number that isn’t recognized by FedEx. I have over $100 worth of an order. I am upset to say the least.

Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

I was informed earlier today that this site was using my business name, images and descriptions of my products to sell as their own. Every last piece of jewelry they have listed for sale on there website are actually one of a kind handmade pieces I have personally made. Their descriptions and pricing are misleading. The fact that my brand is affiliated with this company is horrifying! I would hate to have someone purchase a product listed as original only to be fooled with a cheap imitation or worse yet not receive product at all. There is even the chance that this site is a complete scam and is using peoples credit cards for other forms of fraud.

Damn that’s cruel . They got me for $50 myself. Anything we can do to stop these people I am willing to help. So sorry they have done this to you .
