I placed an order on may 16th. No resistance bands has arrived yet. I’ve send many emails via the app Shop that helpe tracking the orders you made. No response. Iasked many times where were my bands? No answer. Iasked for a refund, No answer again. and when I want to see their shop on shopify, it says that it is closed. Do anybody knows if we have have any options to get our money back?
I ordered resistance bands exactly a month ago today and have yet to receive them. About a week or so ago, I received a notification that one of packages was delivered, however, there was nothing on our doorstep or in our mailbox and when I reached out to them, the person that wrote me back(Brian Tsang) stated it was a mistake on their part. Last night I wrote another email asking where my resistance bands were(again) and I received an email stating they were delivered. I just tracked them on an app I have that tracks packages and it says they were delivered in Alabama(I live in Texas). Not sure where they got that address from but it sure isn’t the address I put when I checked out. BUYER BEWARE! I have learned a painful lesson.

I placed an order back on April 11. I have reached out to the company multiple times. A person by the name of Brian Tsang replied and only gave a generic response “Rest assured you will receive your package”. However, i asked for a Fed ex tracking multiple times and they refuse to give me one. Also money was deducted that same day that order was placed and I asked for a refund but of course they wood not give me one. We are now one month later and still no product. I wold advise no one to shop from this website or you will also get your money stolen as well.
