Received a similar mailer as the others. It’s a letter for a hardship offer that looks “professional” – in that it has department hours, customer service support info, words used with official documents like “to activate benefits”, “exclusive benefits summary”, “benefits ID”. Pretty much looks like someone copy and pasted info. And I’m pretty sure the logo is actually the ones from CIGNA. It’s weird. Do not trust!

Sent me a letter for debt consolidation, hardship offer. Letter has my name, my address, and is offering me an outlandishly great deal on a debt consolidation loan. But too good to be true! Apparently they operate out of a UPS Store rental box.

We received in the mail today, a non-descript debt management mailer, offering a hardship offer, for someone in our household with exemplary credit. Operating out of a UPS Store in Tampa, Florida is our first clue. Secondly, the "explanation of benefits" was anything but. This mailer is nothing bit a physical phishing mailer, to include my husband’s name and address. We never opted for credit card consolidation services, nor have we solicited any services of the sort from third parties.
