Complete SCAM! Called several times with a scare tactic of filing suit in our County court “to repay a debt”. Problem is we never had the debt he claimed to be representing. When I told him we would NOT BE SETTLING on a his scam debt he started threatening and cursing me . Then hung up and would not answer anymore calls. Funny when you call THE SCAMMERS back they won’t answer!
Called and said my sister owed $5,000 of debt from her dead husband. She wasn’t even married to him then. They sound very convincing, however. They threatened me and said they were recording me and would use it in court. This debt was over 19 years ago. they say they kept sending us letters and calling. We got no letters. I told them: “bring it on.”
