Received an email telling me that I’d ordered Norton Premium for $299.I hadn’t ordered anything). I called the number and was even more suspicious when he asked if I was using it on a laptop or phone. via chat informed them that I m already getting Norton for free from my cable company. A message popped up saying it would no longer be working with my provider effective January 1st. My provider did confirm it would no longer be free but they have their own security setup in place. Whoever is behind this knows Norton is making a change and trying to get access to your information.

I am reporting a scam call I received. The call was from from Rachel with Norton Anti Virus for my computer. I have been receiving calls for three to four weeks. I usually don’t answer. They keep calling. Their phone number is 800-337-2169. In my caller ID. They are charging $299.99 for virus protection. She said I have to sit at my computer. I told her to speak clearly. I said I have the Better Business Bureau and my attorney with me. She began speaking in a foreign language and hung up.
