Type of a scam Online Purchase

I tried to return clothing I purchased through this website and the only way to contact them is through an email address. They have a 15 day return window so I emailed them the very next day after receiving the items. The clothing material was junk and in person the items didn’t match the description/online picture. I’ve communicated back and forth with the company through email. You have a different representative name responding every time with no formal email signature or company information. All that is provided as a signature is “Emma”, “Connie”, “Jacqueline” – only a single name. In my first email asking to return the items I provided the order number, each title of the item I wanted to return, the size, and reason as to why I was returning them. Then they respond wanting pictures of the items I want to return. I send them screen shots of the items from their website. No, they want pictures of what you received. So I sent them a basic photo of each item in the bag I received it. Also mentioning that I’ve read this “company” was a scam and to prove everyone wrong by not being a scam and telling me where to send the items. Their response is now asking for measurements of the items. There is no reason a company should even be asking these questions. From the initial request a company should not continue to question their customer for asking to return items. They should say all items are final purchases or something similar if they don’t want to take returns and not say there’s a 15 day return policy.
