My dress finally came after 5 weeks but dress is nothing like the darling picture. Said made of Cotton but actually polyester; ugly; I may can make into a skirt which will cost about $30. No way of contacting; emails are sent back by Postal in Chinese. They should be taken off line.

Around June 16 I made a purchase totaling about $70. I am still waiting for my purchase. I have never received an email regarding shipping or a confirmation number. I have sent 3 emails and only Postal responses in Chinese; seems as though email not available. Hopefully I’ll get my merchandise.

This company was allegedly selling tops and pants via an ad on Facebook. I ordered $107.76 worth of tops paying through PayPal with my debit card. To date, I have not received my merchandise and emails to the company have gone unanswered. There is no telephone number to contact customer service. After reviewing the address on Google, it is a home. They are scammers and most likely will not provide the product. I have seen two reviews from others who stated the same thing happened to them. Don’t be fooled by them as I was. I most likely will not get my money back nor the product.

Type of a scam Credit Cards

I kept seeing ads in my facebook feed for Melomolly, an online clothing store. I went to their website and they had really cute clothes with good reviews. I emailed their customer service and they said they accept refunds. I went ahead and ordered a few items that totaled $160. It took over a month to arrive and I didn’t realize the items were coming from China. I did receive the clothes and they look nothing like the website photos. They are so grossly cheap and I would never wear any of them. They look homemade. There are no labels in them and obvioulsy this is a "fake online boutique". I requested a shipping adress, shipping label to return them and they emailed me back and said it would cost too much to send back and I should either give them away or keep them and they will give me a big discount on my next order. After doing online research I found through ebay that sending items back to China is ridiculously expensive. I have filed a fraud claim with my credit card but not sure what else I can do. They are definitely a totally fake website.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased an item from this company and after waiting several weeks checked my email to see what was going on. Received an email stating to “click here” to proceed with order after confirming email, so it insinuates you need to click, then charges you for a duplicate purchase, but higher. When you email about a refund, they respond confirming duplicate purchase made, but then never follow through with any attempts to refund your money. I have seen multiple comments from others of similar situations, but the comments get deleted and you are filtered out so no one knows of all these bad experiences.
