It started with an initial trial product purchased for $7.95. After that , my account was nailed for $79 and change , and a couple weeks later nailed again for $8 in.99 cents, and an additional $89. Each time you call the customer service it answers with a generic message then clicks and disconnects. NO AUTHORIZATION was ever given verbally orvonline for recurring fees, nor has ANY additional product arrived by mail.
