Type of a scam Home Improvement
Had a paving contractor approach me about "extra Ashpalt" that they had purchased but couldn’t use. I was mildly interested but was going to do some research over the weekend. While i was away on the weekend the guy shows up and paves a pad on my driveway. Now he wants payment even though we didn’t sign a contract and had discussed that he would "stop by next week when i was home". At no point did a say to go ahead and do the job. I am currently out no money.
