I contracted with Road Runner Auto Transport to ship 2 vehicles from Hoover, AL to The Villages, FL. In transit, damage was done to both vehicles. Road Runner representative – Jenna – has repeatedly not returned phone calls or given me the name or cooperation of her management to resolve my claim. It has been 2 weeks of passing emails and estimates back and forth with no resolution. I have to constantly contact her to find out what next she needs in multiple emails to resolve the hold up in getting my cars repaired. Almost every email leads to a different request by her for something I have to address, instead of giving me one complete list. It is extremely obvious she is not wanting to pay the claim and making this as difficult as possible so I give up. She absolutely refused to have her manager/member of her company’s management contact me. She told me I was threatening her by asking for such. They damaged my vehicles and I have done everything to resolve this in a fair business manner. They do not care about customer service or good business and have delayed paying for the damage they caused at every turn.

Company offered services for my car to be transported, once we placed the order with the deposit the money was immediately removed from the account. I attempted to contact the company several times and was greeted by a voicemail. When I had inquired about the service being performed they told me it was only 17 hours late and counting because of "delays" unexplained. Still never arrived to perform the service. Requested my money back and have received nothing. They are the lowest kind of people. Do not give any business to them.
