I purchased two dresses, received them and they were way too small. I contacted the seller by email because she has no phone or address listed. She sends the email back stating no refund or exchanges. So, basically I sent $299.95 to this girl and have nothing to show for it. I tried to file a complaint with your department but since she is not an accredited business it does not come up. This girl has found away to steal money and make it look legit. She needs to be stopped immediately!!!
