Two men drove up to my mother’s (old woman) driveway unsolicited and asked if she needed construction work. She happened to say that her gutters might work. He said $4500, then $2500, then $2000 after she said she didn’t have enough money. This man gave her a quote without even measuring or discussing material with her. We called back yesterday to say the services would not be needed and spoke to a person, not machine, he hung up. He called and harassed her twice today and wanted to know her age.
