We come to agree if I send he 200 dollars first , He will send me the phone .later on 3/02/17, I went the Walmart transfered 200 dollars in his wife name Cara Beth Simpson. (9032006241) . he tell me; he in Texas Normangree. But his wife pick up the money at Mattson Tx. After three this guy no respond at all. one his friend on face time tell he own this company in California .This guy told this lady total differently story about he . This guy is total scam artists.
