Type of a scam Identity Theft
Our cell phone numbers were ported which resulted in the scammer gaining access to our online banking. They changed our banking passwords and attempted to get us to send them money through our Zelle account (which we closed immediately). We were on the phone for hours with our bank and cell phone company to get this situation contained.
