In November 2019, I purchased 3 dresses from Juli Chic. It took 4 months to get to me. I filed a claim in March for non-receipt. The day I filed my claim, my order came in. So I promptly contacted PayPal to let them know My order was received. That day I tried out my dresses and found they were too small. Contacted Juli Chic for return address and instructions. At that time they gave me a choice if I did not want to return order, to keep package and they’ll give me a pittance of 15% of my order and I can keep the merchandise. I decided to return my order. On March 16th, I returned my parcel and paid $27.75 to ship first class. I kept contact all the while, first with late shipment and then again for my return. They kept telling me they did not receive my parcel. Then, this Saturday, 25 July 2020, another 4 months later, I received my returned parcel, RETURN TO SELLER. My parcel was received in China, but no one claimed it so it was sent back to me as an overdue claim. Want to talk about being pissed? I sucked it up and went to my local PO here in Hawaii and was able to have them send it back. PayPal would not assist me because the rep said they could not fault the seller if the parcel was lost. I was VERY patient with Juli Chic up to the point when I received my returned parcel. I absolutely NEVER want to do any kind business with this company. I have never had this kind of experience with any company. WARNING: STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
