I had the same experience as the previous review. I ordered two garden kneelers with free shipping, received the bags in July 2020 but no hardware. There was no return information with the merchandise. When I tracked someone from the order acknowledgement email address, I was told I had to return the bags to Japan at my expense (half the cost of the bags), which I did on 7/20/20. I followed all their instructions and never got the refund as of mid-September. Their ordering procedure was very deceptive and I feel they made sure they never had to refund me.

They stole money right from my credit card for merchandise I have never seen. “kneel and sit garden bench”. I am not sure who these people are but I know it is a scam. I have tried to get a response since July 15, 2020. Nothing.
Ordered 2 kneelers with pouches for $59.98. Received only pouches and was told that is what I ordered. Numerous email complaints did no good. Had hoped Paypal would help since I paid through them, but their Resolution process was a joke.
I have had the same results as above. They ship the pouches so that they can show that an order has been delivered but it does not contain the kneelers. I paid with
PayPal and the delivery confirmation was sufficient for them to deny my case of fraud.
on July 5th 2020 I ordered what I thought were 2 garden kneelers. What I received was two pouches in August only after complaining I didn’t received my order! I have reported this company to my credit card company. Clearly the advertisement shows two garden kneelers with a free canvas bag. This is a typical bait and switch. This company is a total fraud!
Same thing happened to me. The ad I responded to clearly had 2 kneeler and tool pouchs for $59.98 + free shipping. Also included a 4 piece tool set. All Irecieved were 2 cheap tool bags. I requested return authorization but the shipping to,China was more the the price. This company is a scam. You will get ripped off. On Saturday June 13,2020 8:31AM ORDER #JRPREFERGOOD3947. Email sent confirming my order. Purchase price $37.98 USD. subtotal $29.99, Shipping $7.99 Total $37.98. Paid with my Bank Debit visa card. 1 gardener kneeler with pouch. .Email sent on Tuesday June 16th, 2020 9:48AM stating my order is on the way. On Thursday July 9, 2020 10:44PM sent email asking where was my kneeler. Received email from [email protected] stating he checked tracking number and order was delivered. What was delivered was the pouch that was put in my mailbox not the kneeler. Went to checked at the Post Office. Carrier. They said only one thing was delivered. If there were 2 would have had 2 different tracking numbers and kneeler would not fit in mailbox. You people are scam artists. repeated emails have gone unanswered.. I just want my kneeler. I have a disability and this would help with me doing things. How would you like it if you or someone you know was scammed? Please I want my kneeler or a refund so that I can purchase it from a reputable company.
I ordered, as per online offer, two garden kneelers with tool pouches on July 7, 2020. I received the 2 tool pouches and waited for the kneelers to arrive. After a month I contacted the company to expedite shipment of the kneelers and I have been informed by the company via email that I ONLY ORDERED the POUCHES. It seems that I have been scammed by JRprefergood and am seeking redress in the form of a refund of $59.99. Can you help me? I can provide email documentation.

Received email from above email on 7/17/20 stating tracking my over and it was delivered on 7/9/20. Went to post office> carrier said they delivered one item. It was the pouch which was put in mail box. no kneeler which would not fit in mailbox. Post Office said they would have had 2 tracking numbers for 2 packages. This is a miscarriage of justice. Scam artist. I have a disability and this would help in doing things around the house with my limitations. How you you like it if you or someone you know was scammed. I want my kneeler that I paid $37.98 for. Price $29.99 plus shipping $7.99- $37.98 or a refund so I can purchase it else where from a reputable company. .

Ordered Two Garden Kneelers with Free shipping and Two Canvas Tool Pouches for $59.98. Two Canvas Tool pouches were shipped no Garden Kneelers. "E" Maild seller Three times with no response. Contested charges on my Credit Card after almost a Month after order and the Two Tool Pouches showed up about a week later. There seems to be many old folks that have been scammed by these folks.
