Seller advertised a kayak for sale. Ordered the kayak, paid for it using my PayPal account. Received a confirmation email and a shipping email with a tracking number. Received a small package with a plastic number 7 in it. Tried calling the seller and emailing the seller with no response. I paid $65.00 for a plastic number that I ended up putting on my keychain as a reminder of what happened.
