I ordered 4 fools from the website for my nieces and my daughter. We paid using our PayPal account. After a few weeks we received an email saying the items were delivered to our home, however, we never received them. I contacted the company and the phone number and email were both invalid. I then contacted UPS and they told me the tracking number I had did not match my name or my address. I then contacted PayPal who said they will not reimburse me bc there was a tracking number. However, I believe it was a false tracking number since I never received my items nor was I able to get in touch with the company.

I would like to be reimbursed for the items I never received.

Ordered online, product never came, UPS tracking claimed it was delivered, but it never was. Shipping weight showed 47lbs, but order was for small plastic toys. Appears this person it stealing UPS tracking numbers. The tracking also showed that it was delivered a day after it was ordered.

I ordered merchandise on 1 Dec that appeared cheapest compared to the other vendors online. Payment made was via PayPal to someone named DINH HOANG HIEP. I received email confirmation that the order was being processed after I made the payment. No shipping confirmation was ever sent. I went through the website: jerseyeasy.com for a support number: 1-888-707-704 that’s strangely missing one digit to make it legit and when you call, it’s nonexistent. Support email: [email protected] provided no response. They ran away with my money and never received the merchandise.

Strangely, on 5 December, I received an email from Yahoo asking if I was trying to sign in into my Yahoo account from another computer. The IP address location indicated Vietnam.

It appears that other people got scammed from this. Why does this business still exist and continue to prey on people?
