I’m a photographer.
Jeremy contacted me through email to photograph his birthday party. We agreed on a price. When he sent the cheque it was for a larger amount then we agreed on. He asked if I could send the difference to the caterer. I waited for the cheque to clear with my bank. As soon as it “cleared” I sent the caterer ([email protected]) the difference. As soon as they accepted the transfer the cheque showed up in my account as “returned”
