Frank Joseph had been initially referred from Angie’s List for leak repair. Subsiquently was contracted to install irrigation system. A time-line was identified and he requested a check for materials. A check for $1200 was given him for this. He failed to provide the material. He also failed to respond to multiple phone calls (approximately 6) over several weeks. A police report was filed with a charge of "Felony Home Repair Fraud" resulting. After he was contacted by police he repaid the $1200 and charges were dropped.
