I received the call, my phone didn’t ring it went straight to voicemail at 12:35pm today 8-25-16 and received voicemail message said your name was put on our desk and you’re under investigation and if you don’t call us you might be arrested. The machine was like a woman’s voice and it was hard to hear. Caller ID showed number 717-685-2319 and the machine said call John Carrington.
